Job Description:

The CCO based in Basel is a critical leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and stakeholder alignment within the organization. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and board members to ensure business objectives align with mission-driven outcomes. The executive will oversee high-level decision-making, financial planning, organizational change initiatives, and internal governance. Job Requirement:

- Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) in business or related field.

- Ability to work with board members, stakeholders, and global partners.

- Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.

- Proven executive leadership experience in complex organizations.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multicultural awareness.

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.

- Experience in change management and organizational development.
