Job Description:
As a Dealership Service Manager in Zurich, you will lead the service department operations of a vehicle dealership, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient repair workflow, and high profitability. Your responsibilities include supervising service advisors and technicians, scheduling work orders, managing parts availability, and handling escalated customer issues. You’ll also be in charge of meeting performance benchmarks such as service revenue, customer satisfaction (CSI), and technician productivity. Additional duties include coordinating training programs, maintaining service records, enforcing compliance with warranty procedures, and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols. You'll work closely with the sales and parts departments to align operational goals and promote after-sales services.
