We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team in Lausanne, Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and improvement of mechanical systems and components used in our products and manufacturing processes.
Key duties include creating 2D and 3D mechanical designs using CAD software, conducting simulations and technical analysis, preparing detailed documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and R&D. The Mechanical Engineer will also support prototype development, perform root cause analysis of mechanical issues, and recommend cost-effective and reliable design solutions.
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing techniques. Experience with industry-standard CAD software (such as SolidWorks or CATIA) is essential. Familiarity with Swiss and EU engineering standards is a plus.
Fluency in French is required; English or German is an advantage. A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment are critical for success in this role.

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Mechanical Engineer to support our engineering and development activities in Basel, Switzerland. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, product development, or industrial machinery. Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, automotive, or aerospace) is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA). Knowledge of FEA tools and mechanical simulation is desirable.
Languages: Fluency in German or English is required; French is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach to design and prototyping.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
