Job Description: Summary: The Careers Adviser plays a crucial role in guiding and supporting students in their career development and decision-making process in Dubai. They provide information, advice, and guidance to students, helping them explore career options, set goals, and make informed choices. The careers adviser assists students in developing career plans, improving employability skills, and preparing for the job market. They collaborate with educators, parents, and employers to provide comprehensive career guidance services. Strong communication skills, knowledge of career resources, and a passion for supporting students' career success are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Provide career guidance and support to students at different stages of their educational journey. Help students explore career options based on their interests, skills, and aspirations. Conduct assessments and facilitate career exploration activities. Assist students in developing career plans and setting realistic goals. Provide information about educational pathways, courses, and training opportunities. Offer advice on developing employability skills, including resume writing and interview preparation. Organize career-related events, workshops, and guest speaker sessions. Stay updated with industry trends, labor market information, and job opportunities. Liaise with employers and industry professionals to arrange work placements or internships. Assist students in navigating online career resources and job search platforms. Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' career development. Maintain accurate records of career guidance activities and student progress.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Relevant certifications or qualifications in career guidance or counseling are advantageous. Previous experience in career guidance or counseling in an educational setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of career resources, labor market trends, and educational pathways. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Empathy and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with educational technology and online career resources. Passion for supporting students' career development and success. Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and employers. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
