Job Description:
The Concrete Finishing Laborer is responsible for the final surface preparation and finishing of poured concrete for sidewalks, foundations, slabs, and other structural elements across construction sites in Dubai. This role involves using hand and power tools to level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces according to project specifications. Duties also include applying curing compounds, edge finishing, patterning, and polishing. The laborer works closely with site engineers and formwork carpenters to ensure dimensions, grades, and finishes meet the required standards. The job requires a keen eye for detail, manual dexterity, and physical stamina. Knowledge of different concrete finishes (broomed, troweled, exposed aggregate) is valuable. Safety compliance, punctuality, and teamwork are crucial in maintaining project timelines and quality.
