Job Description: The Contract Drafter plays a critical role in the legal and compliance industry in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of the involved parties. Key responsibilities include: Contract Drafting: Prepare accurate and comprehensive contracts, agreements, and legal documents based on the requirements and instructions provided by clients or legal teams. Ensure contracts are aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Legal Review: Conduct thorough reviews of existing contracts to identify potential risks, ambiguities, and legal issues. Make necessary revisions, clarifications, and amendments to ensure contractual clarity and enforceability. Negotiation Support: Collaborate with clients and legal teams to assist in contract negotiations. Provide expertise in interpreting contract terms, addressing concerns, and ensuring that all parties' interests are appropriately represented. Legal Compliance: Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents to ensure contract compliance. Advise on legal implications and recommend necessary revisions to maintain legal integrity. Documentation Management: Maintain an organized repository of contracts and related legal documents. Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation of contract-related communications and amendments. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and liabilities associated with contract terms and conditions. Provide recommendations and solutions to mitigate risks and protect the interests of the parties involved.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Law or Contract Law is advantageous. Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Strong knowledge of contract law principles and legal requirements in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex legal language and identify potential risks. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple contracts and meet deadlines. Proficiency in legal research and the ability to stay updated with relevant laws and regulations. Knowledge of industry-specific contract terms and standards is a plus. Familiarity with contract management software and tools is desirable.
