Job Description: The Business & Corporate Law Attorney is responsible for providing legal counsel and support in the field of business and corporate law in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves advising clients on a wide range of legal matters related to business operations, corporate transactions, and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Legal Advisory: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on business and corporate legal matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Transactional Support: Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements, joint ventures, partnerships, and other corporate transactions to ensure legal compliance and protect clients' interests. Compliance Management: Stay updated with local laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure clients' compliance with applicable legal requirements. Develop and implement compliance programs and policies. Legal Research: Conduct legal research to analyze precedents, statutes, regulations, and legal opinions relevant to business and corporate law matters. Stay informed about legal developments and provide proactive legal advice. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential legal risks and provide strategies to mitigate them. Advise clients on risk management, dispute resolution, and litigation avoidance. Contract Management: Maintain and manage contracts, legal documents, and records pertaining to business and corporate transactions.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. A Master's degree in Business Law or Corporate Law is preferred. Admitted to practice law in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Strong knowledge and understanding of business and corporate law principles, including UAE commercial laws and regulations. Experience in advising clients on corporate transactions, contract negotiation, and compliance matters. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic language skills are advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
