Job Description:
The Corporate Affairs Advisor in Ajman will be responsible for managing the organization’s strategic relationships with regulators, governmental authorities, and key external stakeholders. The role focuses on corporate governance, legal affairs, public policy, and regulatory communication. The advisor will ensure that the company’s operations are aligned with UAE corporate law, business licensing rules, and government requirements. Key responsibilities include developing internal policies to support compliance, managing interactions with regulatory authorities, handling corporate filings and renewals, advising executives on legal and reputational risks, and providing oversight for corporate documentation, shareholder matters, and board-level governance. The advisor will also assist with policy advocacy, prepare official correspondence, and analyze proposed regulations that could impact business operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the company’s good standing, both legally and in terms of public image. It demands strategic thinking, diplomacy, and cross-functional coordination between legal, compliance, communications, and executive teams. In Ajman's business environment, familiarity with free zone and mainland corporate structures will be a strong advantage.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have a law degree, public policy, or business administration background with at least 5–7 years of experience in corporate governance or regulatory affairs. Excellent knowledge of UAE commercial laws, regulatory institutions, and government relations practices is required. Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation skills are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, and Arabic language proficiency is preferred. Experience working with both private and public sector stakeholders is highly desirable.
