As a Business Conduct Manager based in Dubai, the role centers on driving integrity and transparency within the organization by managing and enforcing the company’s business conduct program. This professional is responsible for ensuring that all employees, suppliers, and business partners adhere to ethical standards and corporate behavior policies. The role serves as a liaison between compliance, HR, legal, and operations to ensure a unified and robust approach to ethical governance.

The manager’s key duties include developing and updating codes of conduct, delivering conduct-related training sessions, investigating allegations of misconduct, and implementing strategies to improve organizational integrity. This role also involves leading assessments of business units to ensure policies are correctly followed and conducting root-cause analysis on any unethical behavior. The manager tracks emerging trends in corporate conduct, anti-corruption regulations, and compliance reporting, and incorporates them into the organization’s framework.

The Business Conduct Manager leads the development of communication materials, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives focused on ethical business practices. The role is also responsible for reporting to the executive leadership and, where necessary, interfacing with regulators. It is critical that the incumbent maintains independence and confidentiality while promoting a safe environment for ethical reporting.

Familiarity with UAE business laws and international compliance frameworks is essential. Proficiency in English and Arabic is advantageous.
