Job Description:
The Compliance Audit Analyst in Dubai plays a key role in assessing the organization’s adherence to internal policies, regulatory mandates, and industry best practices. This role involves planning and conducting internal compliance audits, analyzing audit findings, and reporting deficiencies or irregularities to senior compliance officers. The analyst reviews operations, financial transactions, vendor agreements, and employee behavior to ensure consistency with legal obligations and ethical standards. This position also entails preparing audit checklists, maintaining records of findings, tracking remediation efforts, and developing compliance scorecards. The analyst will work closely with legal, HR, procurement, and finance teams to ensure transparency, data accuracy, and procedural integrity. Additionally, the analyst contributes to compliance risk assessments, whistleblower reviews, and training programs aimed at improving internal awareness. The role is investigative and methodical in nature, requiring discretion, integrity, and sharp attention to detail.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Law, or Compliance is required. Certifications such as CCEP, CIA, or CISA are highly preferred. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in audit or compliance roles within a UAE-based corporate environment. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 37301, COSO, and AML/CFT guidelines is essential. Proficiency in audit software, Microsoft Excel, and reporting platforms is expected. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and investigative skills. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus. The ability to handle confidential information and report findings impartially is vital for success in this position.
