Job Description:

The Compliance Reporting Specialist in Ajman plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate reporting of compliance-related information across all levels of the organization. This position involves compiling, analyzing, and submitting internal and external reports that reflect the company's compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards. The specialist acts as a key liaison between compliance teams, business units, regulators, and auditors to ensure transparency and accountability.

Key responsibilities include preparing regular compliance dashboards, compiling data for regulatory filings, and assisting in the automation of compliance reporting systems. The specialist will monitor compliance risk indicators and assist in the investigation of anomalies, reporting outcomes to management and relevant authorities as needed. The role also involves coordinating with IT and data teams to maintain the integrity of compliance data systems, as well as working with legal teams to interpret regulatory requirements and ensure proper documentation.

The Compliance Reporting Specialist also supports the preparation of presentations for board meetings, compliance committee updates, and audit reviews. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to deadlines are essential for this role. In addition to routine reporting, the specialist may participate in special projects related to regulatory readiness, risk assessments, and compliance training evaluations.

Job Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Law, or a related discipline is required, with at least 4–6 years of experience in compliance reporting or risk documentation. Strong knowledge of data analytics, regulatory standards (e.g., FATF, Basel, ISO), and UAE compliance expectations is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and regulatory reporting platforms is expected. Candidates must have strong writing and data presentation skills, and the ability to handle sensitive compliance data confidentially. Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
