We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our online retail platform in Dubai, UAE. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience, driving digital sales, and aligning product strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the e-commerce platform, from concept to launch and optimization.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, data insights, and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and operations.
Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, and customer retention.
Conduct A/B testing and user research to continuously improve website usability and performance.
Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in product management within e-commerce or digital retail.
Strong understanding of user experience, agile development, and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify/Magento, and product management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of online customer behavior, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital sales funnels.
UX/Design Awareness: Ability to work closely with designers and developers to ensure intuitive and customer-friendly digital experiences.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Strong stakeholder management experience is essential.
