Job Description: A reputable automotive company in Dubai, UAE is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Fuel Pump Attendant to join their team. As a Fuel Pump Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and friendly fueling services to customers at the company's gas station. Key Responsibilities: Fueling Operations: Perform fueling operations by accurately dispensing fuel into customers' vehicles according to their requests and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and procedures. Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, assist with fueling inquiries, provide information on available fuel options, and deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Payment Processing: Handle cash and electronic payments from customers accurately, process transactions promptly, and issue receipts while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability. Maintenance and Safety: Conduct regular inspections of fueling equipment, report any malfunction or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel, and ensure a clean and organized fuel station environment. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the company's fuel products, promotions, and services in order to effectively communicate and educate customers about available options and benefits. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of fuel transactions, sales, and inventory, and generate reports as required by management. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow Fuel Pump Attendants and other staff members to ensure smooth operations, address customer concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.
Job Requirement: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role within the automobile and automotive industry is preferred. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to fueling operations. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Must possess a valid driver's license.
