Coordinate project activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure effective project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement necessary mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders. Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to stakeholders and team members. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations. Ensure project documentation, including project charters, plans, and reports, are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency, quality, and delivery. Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the Sales & Operations industry. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
