Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and customer perception. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors. Define brand values, messaging, and unique selling propositions that align with the company's goals and target market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Develop brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistent application of the brand across various marketing and communication channels. Create and execute brand marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand recognition and customer engagement. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand equity and customer sentiment, and provide recommendations for improvement. Conduct brand audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for the brand. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in branding and incorporate them into the brand strategy. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute brand-related projects and initiatives.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in brand strategy, brand management, or a similar role within the Sales & Operations industry. Strong understanding of branding principles, strategies, and best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market research findings to inform brand strategy decisions. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively communicate the brand message and values. Creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative brand strategies and campaigns. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple brand initiatives simultaneously. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency and integrity. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
