Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and acquire potential customers. Research and analyze target markets, industries, and customer segments to identify lead generation opportunities. Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads through various channels, such as email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead requirements and develop lead qualification criteria. Utilize lead generation tools and platforms to capture, track, and manage leads throughout the sales funnel. Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, such as conversion rates and cost per lead, to measure campaign effectiveness. Optimize lead nurturing strategies to guide leads through the sales process and increase conversion rates. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and adjust lead generation strategies accordingly. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling and targeted lead generation materials, such as landing pages, whitepapers, and case studies. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in lead generation and marketing automation.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a similar role within the Sales & Operations industry. Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies, tactics, and best practices. Proficiency in using lead generation tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media advertising platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for optimization. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple lead generation campaigns. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving lead generation targets and driving revenue growth. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
