Job Description: Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update data into computer systems and databases. Verify and review data for errors, completeness, and compliance with established standards. Prepare and organize data for entry, ensuring it is properly formatted and categorized. Input and maintain customer information, sales transactions, inventory records, or other relevant data. Perform regular data cleaning and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Retrieve and extract data from various sources, both physical and digital, as required. Assist in generating reports, summaries, or data visualizations based on the entered information. Maintain confidentiality and security of data by following company policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve any discrepancies. Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet data entry requirements and timelines.
Job Requirement: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or computer applications are a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role within the Sales & Operations industry. Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and databases, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain large volumes of data. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with data entry best practices and quality control processes. Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting. Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
