Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies and workflows to optimize lead generation, nurture leads, and drive conversions. Configure and manage marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Create and execute automated email marketing campaigns, including email design, segmentation, scheduling, and tracking. Implement lead scoring models to prioritize and qualify leads based on their behavior and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to integrate marketing automation with other systems and platforms. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Conduct A/B testing to optimize email templates, subject lines, and calls-to-action for better engagement and conversion rates. Implement and maintain data hygiene practices to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations. Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on marketing automation tools and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and leverage them to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or a similar role within the Sales & Operations industry. Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for optimization. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and workflows simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of lead management processes and lead scoring methodologies. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
