Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop and implement content strategies to drive brand engagement, generate leads, and support business objectives. Conduct research and analysis to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitor content strategies. Define content objectives, messaging, and brand tone of voice that align with the company's goals and target market. Create and manage content calendars, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content across various channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content, including articles, blog posts, social media content, videos, and infographics. Optimize content for search engines and user experience, incorporating SEO keywords and best practices. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and incorporate them into the content strategy. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute content-related projects and campaigns.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role within the Sales & Operations industry. Strong understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content. Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools. Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization. Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative content ideas and formats. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple content projects simultaneously. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
