Job Description: Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support through phone and chat channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to chat messages promptly and professionally. Identify customer needs and provide accurate and relevant information about products or services. Assist customers in navigating websites, placing orders, and processing payments. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or technical issues effectively and efficiently. Document customer interactions and details of inquiries or issues in the CRM system. Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed assistance to customers. Maintain a positive and customer-centric approach in all customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirement: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a Sales & Operations environment. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong phone handling skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions to customers. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering a positive customer experience.
