Job Description:
We are looking for a Vibrating Drum Compactor Driver to perform soil and asphalt compaction for foundational and surface layers in infrastructure projects across Abu Dhabi. The operator must efficiently control drum frequency and amplitude to achieve specified soil density. Responsibilities include operating smooth and padfoot rollers depending on terrain, inspecting the compactor, maintaining fluid levels, and completing daily logs. The operator will work with geotechnical teams to confirm soil compaction meets design tolerances. This role is key to stabilizing roadbeds and preventing future pavement failures.
