Job Requirement: Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an educational setting, preferably in a mentoring or tutoring role. Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and academic abilities. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in identifying student needs and developing appropriate learning strategies. Ability to motivate and inspire students. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy. Language: Proficiency in English is required. Additional Requirements: A clear understanding of the UK educational system. Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one. Commitment to continuous professional development. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in academic advising or career counseling. Knowledge of educational technologies and online learning platforms.
