Job Description: The Associate Dean of Faculty is a key leadership position within the university, responsible for supporting and advancing the academic mission of the institution. This role involves collaborating with faculty members, staff, and administration to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs, fostering a culture of academic excellence, and contributing to the strategic planning and development of the faculty.

Job Requirement: Qualifications: A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant field. Significant experience in higher education, including teaching, research, and administrative roles. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in academic administration. Strong understanding of curriculum development, academic policies, and accreditation processes. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to foster a culture of academic excellence and support faculty development. Experience in strategic planning and implementation. Knowledge of current trends and challenges in higher education. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in academia. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a higher education institution. Experience with international education and global partnerships. Familiarity with the UK higher education system and regulatory environment.
