Job Requirement: Previous experience in agricultural work or crop picking is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail. Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Willingness to follow health and safety regulations. Flexibility to work long hours during peak seasons.
