We are looking for a reliable Blacktop Machine Operator to support asphalt paving projects in Dallas under the Industrial Machinery & Heavy Equipment sector. As a Blacktop Machine Operator, you will handle equipment that lays and compacts blacktop (asphalt) on roads, driveways, parking lots, and other surfaces.
Responsibilities include preparing machinery for daily operations, distributing blacktop evenly, operating controls for temperature and consistency, and ensuring proper compaction and finishing. You'll collaborate with other crew members to execute high-quality paving jobs that meet structural and aesthetic standards.
This role is physically demanding and requires familiarity with paving machinery, surface grading, and safety standards.
