We are hiring a Compaction Equipment Operator to join our growing team in Dallas under the Industrial Machinery & Heavy Equipment sector. In this role, you will operate specialized equipment such as rollers, compactors, and tampers to compress and stabilize soil, gravel, and asphalt on construction sites.
Key duties include inspecting and preparing the compaction equipment, adjusting roller settings, compacting materials to project specifications, and collaborating with site engineers to ensure quality control. You will be expected to complete equipment maintenance logs and follow all safety procedures.
This position requires technical skill, focus, and the ability to work in outdoor construction environments. Successful candidates should be dependable and capable of interpreting site plans and instructions.

We are looking for a skilled Compaction Equipment Operator for our Dallas-based projects in the Industrial Machinery & Heavy Equipment industry.
