Job Description: We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our construction team in New York. As a Construction Worker, you will be involved in various manual labor tasks to support construction projects. Your physical stamina, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Manual Labor: Perform a wide range of physical tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials and equipment. Assist with site preparation, demolition, excavation, and concrete pouring. Operate hand tools and power tools as directed. Construction Site Support: Assist skilled workers, such as carpenters, masons, and electricians, by providing them with necessary materials, tools, and equipment. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, organizing materials, and setting up temporary structures. Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss. Assist with inventory management and tracking. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately. Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work activities and ensure smooth workflow. Construction Support Tasks: Assist with minor construction tasks, such as measuring and cutting materials, mixing concrete, assembling scaffolding, and installing temporary fencing. Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers to learn new skills and techniques. Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and store construction tools and equipment properly. Report any equipment malfunctions or damage to the supervisor. Follow maintenance schedules and perform basic equipment repairs as instructed. Adherence to Regulations: Follow all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Stay updated on construction industry practices and requirements.

Job Requirement: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required. Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to work well as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to safety. Basic communication skills in English.
