Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development. Financial Performance: Monitor financial metrics and identify opportunities to improve revenue, cost-efficiency, and profitability. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement, implement efficient processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
