The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations: Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment legislation, labor relations, and HR best practices. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns and grievances. Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems and drive employee performance and development. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. HR Strategy: Develop and align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP (desirable). Language Requirements: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
