As the Head of PR and Communication, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to enhance the organization's reputation and build strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in public relations, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Communication: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including media, clients, and community partners. Media Relations: Manage media relations, including press releases, media interviews, and crisis communication. Brand Management: Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistent communication across all channels. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence. Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the organization's reputation, responding to public inquiries and addressing issues effectively. Communication Materials: Develop and oversee the creation of communication materials, including press kits, presentations, and reports.

Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, or a related field (preferred). Language Requirements: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
