Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Child Therapist to join our team in Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology and therapy, specializing in working with children and adolescents. The Child Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues in young clients, providing individual and group therapy, and collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
Job Requirement: Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field. Licensed or eligible for licensure as a therapist in Denmark. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with children, adolescents, and their families. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches for treating children and adolescents. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help children and adolescents. Language: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Danish is an asset but not mandatory.
