Job Requirement: Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent. Postgraduate training (residency or fellowship) in clinical pharmacy is preferred. Licensure: Valid pharmacist license to practice in Denmark. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare system. Skills: Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in pharmacotherapy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals. Proficiency in medication management systems and electronic health records. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Language: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
