Job Description: As a Consultant Pharmacist in Denmark, you will provide specialized pharmaceutical care and medication management services to patients and healthcare providers. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Job Requirement: Education: A degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm or Pharm.D) from a recognized institution. Licensure: Valid pharmacist license in Denmark. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical or consultant pharmacist role. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and optimize medication therapies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Proficiency in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of Danish is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. In-depth knowledge of pharmacotherapy, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics.
