The Independent Insurance Agent in Salmiyah represents multiple insurance carriers and provides clients with customized coverage options. Operating either solo or as part of a brokerage, the agent evaluates client needs, shops for competitive rates, and assists in policy placement and claims follow-up.
The position requires strong sales acumen, product knowledge, and regulatory compliance awareness. Independent agents are responsible for generating leads, developing marketing strategies, and managing client portfolios independently while maintaining carrier relationships.
Job Requirement:
Insurance license with authorization to represent multiple carriers
3+ years of experience in insurance sales or brokerage
Excellent knowledge of various insurance lines and policy features
Strong customer service and consultative selling skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Access to policy management systems and quoting tools
