Job Description:
The Risk Governance Manager in Mahboula oversees the development and execution of governance frameworks related to enterprise risk management (ERM). The role ensures that risk policies, appetite statements, and governance procedures are aligned with regulatory expectations and business strategy.
This individual supports the board and executive risk committees, coordinates with compliance, internal audit, and operational risk units, and facilitates risk workshops and training. Monitoring adherence to governance structures and promoting accountability across the organization is central to this role.
Job Requirement:
Master's degree in Finance, Law, or Risk Management.
7+ years of experience in risk management or corporate governance.
Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory standards (e.g., Basel III, ISO 31000).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
High attention to policy documentation and governance protocols.
Experience supporting board and risk committee structures.
