We are seeking a qualified and experienced Agricultural Botanist to join our team in Munich, Germany. The ideal candidate will specialize in plant science and crop management, with a focus on improving agricultural practices through botanical research, crop development, and sustainable farming techniques.
The Agricultural Botanist will be responsible for conducting research on plant growth, development, and resistance to diseases and pests. The role involves working closely with agricultural teams to improve crop yield, enhance soil health, and introduce new plant varieties suited to Germany’s climate. You will also be involved in identifying plant species that can improve biodiversity and help promote sustainable farming methods.
Key responsibilities include conducting experiments in plant breeding, performing soil and plant analysis, and advising on pest and disease management. The botanist will also be responsible for preparing technical reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
