Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Agricultural Compliance Inspector to join our team in Cologne, Germany. This role is vital in ensuring that agricultural operations, including crop production, livestock management, and food processing, comply with all relevant national and international regulations and standards.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular inspections of farms, agricultural facilities, and processing plants to ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards. The inspector will assess compliance with German and EU agricultural laws, including health regulations, animal welfare, and sustainable farming practices. The role also involves preparing detailed inspection reports, recommending corrective actions when necessary, and liaising with government agencies, agricultural producers, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of agricultural regulations, the ability to identify compliance issues, and the skills to communicate findings clearly and professionally.
