Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Agricultural Field Hand to join our agricultural operations in Munich, Germany. The successful candidate will support daily field activities, contributing to the efficient production, harvesting, and maintenance of crops. This hands-on role is vital to maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and sustainability in our farming practices.
As an Agricultural Field Hand, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including soil preparation, planting, weeding, fertilizing, irrigation, pest control, and crop harvesting. You may also assist with the maintenance of farm equipment, greenhouses, and irrigation systems. The work is primarily outdoors and physically demanding, requiring strong stamina and attention to detail.
You will work closely with farm supervisors and agronomists to follow crop management plans and contribute to seasonal and year-round agricultural activities.
