Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various building projects. Your expertise in architectural design, building codes, and construction techniques will contribute to creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable structures. This position requires strong creative and technical skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams. Responsibilities: Design Development: Develop innovative architectural concepts and translate them into detailed design plans, considering functional requirements, aesthetic principles, and sustainability aspects. Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements throughout the design and construction process. 3D Modeling and Visualization: Use architectural software to create 3D models, renderings, and visualizations, helping clients and stakeholders visualize the proposed designs. Construction Drawings: Prepare detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical specifications, to guide the construction process accurately. Material Selection: Research and select appropriate building materials, finishes, and systems, considering durability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental impact. Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of projects. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, address feedback, and ensure their vision is realized in the final design. Budget and Cost Control: Develop and monitor project budgets, estimate construction costs, and propose value engineering solutions to optimize design within budgetary constraints. Sustainability Integration: Incorporate sustainable design principles, energy-efficient systems, and green building practices into architectural designs, promoting environmentally responsible construction. Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that construction aligns with design intent, quality standards, and specifications.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Proven experience as an Architect, preferably with a focus on building design and construction. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques. Creativity and a strong design portfolio showcasing innovative and functional architectural designs. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients, stakeholders, and construction teams. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and experience in incorporating green building practices into projects. Detail-oriented mindset and a strong focus on quality control and attention to detail. Fluency in German (spoken and written) is highly desirable.
