Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible Bridge and Tunnel Toll Collector for our toll collection points in Hamburg. Your main duty will be to collect toll fees from vehicles passing through bridges and tunnels, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions. You will provide friendly customer service, answer basic questions, and report any unusual activities to supervisors.
The role requires you to handle cash and electronic payments, maintain transaction records, and assist in managing traffic flow during busy periods. You will work in a toll booth, often for extended hours, maintaining vigilance to ensure safety and smooth operations.

Job Requirement:
No formal education is necessary. Candidates should possess basic math skills to handle cash transactions correctly and be comfortable using payment devices.
You must be punctual, attentive, and able to work independently during shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Good communication skills in German or English are important for customer interaction and coordination with team members.
Previous experience in cashier or customer service roles is helpful but not essential. Training will be provided on toll operations, safety procedures, and customer service protocols.
