Job Description:
We are hiring a dedicated Construction Site Assistant to support daily operations at our active construction sites in Berlin. This role involves a wide range of manual tasks including loading and unloading building materials, preparing job sites by clearing obstacles and hazards, and assisting skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and masons. The Construction Site Assistant will also help maintain tools and equipment, follow safety procedures, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
The ideal candidate should be physically fit, able to lift heavy loads, and comfortable working in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions. While prior construction experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as on-site training will be provided. Good communication skills and the ability to take direction from supervisors are essential for success in this role. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic will be highly valued.
