Job Description:
The Asset-Backed Finance Associate in Florence supports the structuring, execution, and management of asset-backed financing transactions within the Finance, Banking & Insurance sector. This role involves analyzing asset portfolios, preparing financial models, and assisting in the origination and monitoring of secured lending deals backed by financial assets.

Key responsibilities include conducting due diligence on collateral assets, evaluating credit quality, and assessing cash flow forecasts to ensure transaction viability. The associate collaborates closely with deal teams, legal advisors, and risk managers to structure financing solutions that optimize risk-adjusted returns.

Job Requirement:

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Prior experience of 2 to 4 years in asset-backed finance, structured finance, credit analysis, or corporate banking within the finance, banking, or insurance industries is required.

Strong understanding of asset-backed securities, secured lending, and credit risk assessment is essential. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and market practices related to asset-backed finance is important.

Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data are critical for assessing asset quality and transaction viability.
