Candidates for the Batch Production Operator role should meet the following requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing, process operations, or related fields is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in batch production, manufacturing, or process operation environments. Experience with machinery operation and monitoring is highly desirable.

  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate and set up production equipment, measure and mix raw materials accurately, and monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and timing. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control procedures is an advantage.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on following batch recipes and production instructions precisely, recording data accurately, and identifying deviations or quality issues promptly.

  • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations, including safe handling of materials, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a clean work environment.

  • Physical Requirements: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting materials (up to 20-25 kg), and working in various environmental conditions.

  • Communication: Proficient in Italian for effective communication with supervisors and team members; basic English skills are advantageous.

  • Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts or overtime when required.
