Candidates for the Coating Line Technician position should meet the following requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in mechanical engineering, industrial processes, or related fields is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating coating lines or similar manufacturing equipment, preferably in powder coating, wet painting, or surface finishing industries.
Technical Skills: Proficient in setting up, calibrating, and operating coating machinery. Knowledge of coating processes, including powder coating, liquid painting, or plating techniques. Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail to inspect coated products for defects and ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Safety Awareness: Understanding of workplace safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with environmental regulations related to coating operations.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work standing for long periods and handle manual tasks in a production environment. Comfortable working in areas with temperature variations and exposure to coatings and solvents.
Communication: Good command of Italian for clear communication with team members and supervisors. Basic English skills are an advantage.
