Key responsibilities include general housekeeping, gardening and grounds maintenance, basic property upkeep, laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and guest service. One partner may focus on indoor duties such as cleaning, organizing, and managing household supplies, while the other attends to outdoor tasks including landscaping, maintenance, and possibly chauffeuring.
The ideal candidates should have prior experience in estate or household management, strong teamwork abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Skills:
For one partner: Strong housekeeping skills including deep cleaning, laundry, wardrobe care, and meal preparation.
For the other partner: Competence in gardening, groundskeeping, minor property maintenance, and operating household systems or tools. Driving skills and a valid driver’s license are highly desirable.
