A Vehicle Fitment Technician in Qurain is responsible for the precise installation and fitting of aftermarket or OEM automotive parts and accessories. These include spoilers, side skirts, running boards, bumpers, lighting systems, and other performance or aesthetic components.
Technicians evaluate the compatibility of parts with the vehicle model and ensure modifications meet safety standards and do not affect the structural integrity of the car. They take accurate measurements, prepare mounting surfaces, drill or modify panels as needed, and secure components according to technical specifications. Fitment work also involves electrical wiring for lighting and sensor-based systems.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and installation manuals is required, along with knowledge of automotive systems, trim removal, and vehicle modification standards. Attention to precision, vehicle protection, and customer customization preferences is crucial to maintaining vehicle appearance and performance.
