This includes ensuring that contracts are executed properly, terms and conditions are met, and all obligations are fulfilled. The specialist works closely with legal teams, project managers, and vendors to ensure compliance with contract terms, handle disputes, and track project milestones.
Job Requirement:
Degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
Experience in contract management or administration, preferably in the shipbuilding industry.
Strong understanding of contract law and terms.
Attention to detail and the ability to track and manage contract deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
