Job Description:
The Facility Manager Officer in Mahboula is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial buildings. This includes overseeing maintenance teams, scheduling repairs, managing service contracts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The officer coordinates with tenants and building owners to address service requests and complaints, manages inventory and procurement for maintenance supplies, and supervises third-party contractors. They also ensure that preventative maintenance schedules are executed effectively and that building systems are functioning optimally.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in facility or property management. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, building services, or facilities management is desirable. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential. Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures is required. Familiarity with building management systems and vendor management platforms is preferred.
