We are seeking a qualified Agricultural Machinery Technician to join our agricultural support team in Makkah. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing a wide range of farming equipment, including tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems, and other mechanical tools used in crop and livestock production. The role ensures machinery operates efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime during critical farming operations.
Key duties include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, replacing faulty components, and ensuring machinery complies with safety and performance standards. The technician will also assist with the installation and calibration of new equipment and provide guidance to operators on proper machine usage and basic upkeep.
This position requires hands-on mechanical expertise, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work in demanding agricultural environments. The ideal candidate should be familiar with both modern and traditional farming equipment and possess a strong understanding of hydraulics, engines, and electrical systems.
Applicants must have a technical diploma or relevant certification in agricultural mechanics or a related field. Previous experience in agricultural machinery servicing is highly preferred. Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is a plus. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia and willing to reside in Makkah.
