We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Agricultural Operations Manager to lead and oversee all farming operations across our agricultural facilities in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for optimizing production processes, managing farm personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the sustainable growth of the business.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily field operations, managing planting and harvesting schedules, supervising irrigation and fertilization plans, and coordinating livestock or crop activities based on business goals. The manager will also be in charge of maintaining operational budgets, sourcing materials and equipment, liaising with suppliers, and implementing quality control measures.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in agricultural production, team leadership, and operational management. A deep understanding of local agricultural conditions, climate challenges, and modern farming practices is essential.
